You need to bring a wealth of experience in Salesforce architecture, development and integration, with an experience of delivering scalable solutions. This role requires a blend of advanced technical skills and strategic thinking to lead the evolution of our Salesforce platform and enhance our business processes. This is a hybrid role in the San Francisco Bay Area, and you will report to Engineering Leader in Sales Domain.Our missing is to develop power AI powered insights for Sellers. We want you to join us and be one of the pivots for our customer(s) / seller(s) success by providing trusted and seamless experience with technology.ResponsibilitiesYou should be able to lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administratorsYou will provide technical guidance and direction on Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and integration strategiesYou will review and approve code to ensure quality and adherence to best practicesYou will design & build scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that align with business requirementsYou will develop custom applications and integrations using Salesforce technologies (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, etc.)You will create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture, design specifications, and user guidesYou will collaborate with product and project managers to define project scope and timelinesWe need you to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholdersYou should be able to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrentlyYou are expected to work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirementsYou are expected to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to explain technical concepts and project statusYou will participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to strategic planningWe need you to be flexible to work with cross geo teams to accommodate project deadlinesMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce declarative & code development, and architectureTechnical Leadership experienceYou have strong proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)Must have experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL toolsYou have strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScriptWe need you to bring your experience with front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular o or Node.jsYou have knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first developmentYou have knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, and performance tuningYou have familiarity with Data cloud, CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in a Salesforce environmentSalesforce AdministratorSalesforce Architect (preferred)You have user centric mindsetYou have effective communication and interpersonal skillsYou have ability to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred QualificationsSome experience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesHave knowledge of other CRM platforms and integration experienceSome familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange products and third-party integrationsYou should have understanding of business processes in sales, marketing, and customer service#LI-RM2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $160,800 and $260,150. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
