The role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, sophisticated software, or networked and/or wireless systems. This position addresses situations where first-line product support has been unable to isolate or fix issues, and reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to the engineering teams. The role may also include customer installation and training, offering support where the product is highly technical or sophisticated.Hiring RequirementsProduct Marketing Job DescriptionCustomer Cohorts and Insights: Build customer cohorts and derive data and insights to support customer campaigns and programs for the Ultimate Success business. Program Tracking and Measurement: Track and measure the success of key programs to ensure continuous improvement and impact. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.Required Skills and ExperienceMarket Research & Project Management: Extensive experience in leading and delivering quantitative market research studies, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry.Technical Proficiency: Strong background in tools such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, Java, and advanced statistical and machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering).Data Science and Analytics: Proficiency in data science and analytics, with expertise in platforms like Watson Studio, IBM-db (RDBMS), and DB-APIs.Automation and Efficiency: Proven track record of automating reporting processes, which significantly reduces manual effort and increases operational efficiency.Client and Vendor Management: Skilled in managing client and vendor communications, and experienced in conducting readout meetings with senior partners and clients.Training and Mentorship: Ability to facilitate training sessions and onboard new team members, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development within the team.Additional Skills: Strong expertise in advanced Excel, PowerPoint presentations, descriptive and inferential statistics, and experience with tools like Jupyter Labs/Notebooks and SQL Magic.Adobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
