This role demands a visionary leader with a deep understanding of brand development, visual and verbal direction and who can inspire and manage a multidisciplinary content team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in branding, content creation, and team leadership. Your day-to-day Oversee the video team, design team, and copy team, ensuring all content is cohesive, high-quality, and aligned with our brand vision.Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and HR teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpointsLead the creation of compelling content, including videos, graphics, and written materials, that resonate with our target audienceManage the development and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, and other key initiatives.Ensure all creative work is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to continuously improve our brand experience.Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of brand activities and drive informed decisions. What you bring to the team Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Design, Advertising, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 15 years of experience in brand and content, with at least 10 years in a leadership roleProven experience managing creative teams, including video production, design, and copywriting.Strong portfolio demonstrating successful brand campaigns and creative projects.Exceptional leadership, organizational, and project management skills.Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in creative software tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), PowerPoint, and familiarity with video editing software.Experience in the technology or cybersecurity industry is a must.
