The Senior Engineering Manager serves as a leader to an agile product development team. You'll guide the strategic coordination and optimization of behaviour within the team and provide technical oversight and guidance while also managing the team members to ensure effective team functioning and product development. You'll also provide oversight of the product development processes and development team, giving feedback and developing leaders on those teams.
