Planning Data Science Program ManagerDescription -Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Data Science Program Manager to lead our data science initiatives within the supply chain planning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain analytics, program management, and data-driven decision-making. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of data science projects that optimize our supply chain planning processes.Responsibilities·  Program Management: Lead and manage data science programs and projects focused on supply chain planning, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.·  Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies for leveraging data science to improve supply chain planning, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning.·  Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain operations, IT, and business stakeholders, to identify opportunities and define project requirements.·  Data Analysis: Oversee the design and implementation of advanced analytics models and algorithms to solve complex supply chain problems.·  Technology Integration: Evaluate and integrate new data science tools and technologies to enhance the capabilities of the supply chain planning team.·  Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of data science initiatives and drive continuous improvement.·  Communication: Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders, translating complex data insights into actionable strategies.Education & Experience Recommended·  Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.·  Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a program management role.·  Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
