Strategic Alliance Planning and Program ManagementDescription -For 40 years, our HP Canon Alliance has been a cornerstone to HP’s Office Print business establishing our legendary market leading LaserJet brand and product line. HP’s Canon Alliance team is responsible for leading this strong partnership with business strategy and business model, price negotiations, as well as seamless business operations.   Our team is seeking a strategic program manager drive the evolve of this alliance to meet the dynamic and more competitive office print market.    This role is responsible for leading the coordination and execution of workstreams central to our Alliance business plans, to maximize identified opportunities and achieve performance goals within the organization. The role continuously drives better business practices and increased value to the business through consistent measurement and improvement of key activity metrics.  This role will also be responsible for identifying and preparing critical business topics for C-level and senior executive cross company alignment. Responsibilities• Develops recommendations from complex data and business analysis and formulates them into exection and/or business plans.• Establishes the metrics required to measure business performance, and recommends the go-forward strategy to address performance gaps.• Leads highly complex, time-sensitive initiatives and programs and identifies compelling trends and opportunities for business leaders.• Staffs and manages cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning and execution activities.• Drives all aspects of priority projects and makes final team decisions; develops business plans and proactively identifies new opportunities as partners with client business leaders.• Identifies or develops cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.• Counsels senior business leaders, recommends approaches for executing high-level strategies and develops creative solutions.• Develops and executes forward-thinking strategies for building and nurturing long-term business relationships.Education & Experience Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field.Preferred Certifications• Project Management Professional (PMP) CertificationKnowledge & Skills• Analytics• Business Intelligence• Business Strategies• Competitive Intelligence• Customer Insights• Dashboard• Data Analysis• Data Visualization• Economics• Market Intelligence• Market Research• Marketing• New Product Development• Tableau (Business Intelligence Software)• Thought LeadershipCross-Org Skills• Effective Communication• Results Orientation• Learning Agility• Digital Fluency• Customer CentricityImpact & Scope• Impacts large functions and leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects.Complexity• Provides highly innovative solutions to complex problems within established policy.Disclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $118,050 -- $181,800 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
