Associate Consultants (AC’S) serve as key members of project teams by providing analytical insight, leadership and creativity to client engagements and business development. AC’s lead components of a project and drive the research and analysis which is core to our strategic work. In collaboration with senior team members, AC’s help to define engagements, build work plans, and develop robust and valuable conclusions and recommendations for our clients.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments · Graduate / Post Graduate in a life science or business-related field is required.· At least 2 years of relevant consulting or advisory experience within the life sciences required.· Proficiency across various consulting and research methodologies, including the execution of quantitative and qualitative analysis, primary research, secondary research, and analytic modeling and forecasting .· Experience with one or more of the following domain areas: Pricing & Market Access, Commercial Strategy, New Product Planning within the life sciences· Proficient in communication (written and verbal) skills including presentations, meeting/workshop facilitation and business writing· Well versed in project and time management skills with the ability to work with colleagues across the organization.· Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.· Experienced with all Microsoft Office products is critical, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word and OutlookIt would be great if you also had the following:· MS/MPH/MBA/PhD· Bilingual ability in English and one Asian language preferred What will you be doing in this role? · Conduct secondary research, qualitative research (e.g. KOL interviews) and quantitative analysis (e.g. forecasting) to obtain key insights and findings for clients.· Synthesize large amounts of data into discrete stories and assumptions to determine the "so-what" .· Produce quality client deliverables with minimal supervision and maintain high client satisfaction through proactive client interaction and engagement.· Build therapeutic area and domain expertise to apply during client engagements and thought leadership.· Support senior team members with opportunistic business development efforts including greenfield research and developing proposals and pitch books· Work with senior staff to promote consistent operations, efficient use of resources and knowledge sharing / best practices.· Demonstrate commitment to personal and professional development through trainings and/or unstructured sessions, as well as mentoring junior staff to assist in their growth· Travel to/from client sites when required.Hours of Work Working hours are standard Bangalore working hours, although you may be expected to join client meetings outside of standard working hours depending on client' time zone.
