Product Manager

Our data and insights are key to achieving truly individual healthcare that meets patient needs, gets treatments to market faster and boosts patient outcomes.We are looking for a Product Manager who can independently lead a small development team, ensuring consistent and prompt delivery of high quality work.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsBachelor’s degree or equivalent, in a related field- sciences, healthcare, technologyMinimum 5 years of relevant experience working in pharma or directly with pharma clientsTrack record of successfully launching and managing products in the healthcare or life sciences sectorStrong understanding of real-world data, healthcare data, and healthcare industry trends.It would be great if you also have . . .Advanced degree, MBA or PhDExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.What will you be doing in this role? Leads a small development team completely independentlyConsistently and quickly delivers high-quality workSets OKRs for their team(s) with guidance from their lead / managerDelivers strategic insights that impact key projects in their product lineProvides advice and mentorship to other team membersElevates the team’s understanding of customers within their pod and constantly advocates for the customer internallyEffectively prioritizes requests from other teams into their team’s roadmapProvides clear guidance to other teams to facilitate product collaborationAbout the TeamWe dive deep into the provider, patient, payer relationships to understand the complexity of care and treatment decisions.
