Product Analyst

Ready to be a Titan?As a Product Analyst, you’ll be embedded in a Product Development squad to help drive the speed and quality at which we bring ideas to release. You will interface with both customers and customer facing teams, applying deep product knowledge, to refine and prioritize feedback to your squad.What You’ll do:Effectively gather and assess feedback and escalations from customers and internal stakeholdersDefine and track the success of the product/feature through defined KPIs and collect data to measure the outcomesUse statistical techniques and data visualization tools (SQL, Tableau) to transform data into actionable insightsContribute to the Product team assuring the data driven decision makingPerform user acceptance testing for new and existing features and collaborate with Product teams to make the respective adjustments/changesEngage in bug triage/analysis process and come up with respective recommendationsWork closely with Product team during the discovery phaseGuide early stage products from Alpha or Beta states to General Availability, providing implementation instructionsConcentrate on identifying improvement opportunities and take the initiative to guide the teams towards the smooth resolutionFeel ownership of the entire Company to change lives and make our customers successfulWork closely with the core Product Analyst team by sharing knowledge and experience to assure the entire team achieves the extraordinaryWhat you’ll Bring:Masters degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields2+ years of experience supporting a complex product suite - Saas preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to ingest and communicate highly technical subjects to a wide range of audiencesFull written and verbal proficiency in EnglishExtensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) is a mustProficiency in SQL and Tableau is a mustAbility to interact with customers to gather data, use cases and workflowsDemonstrated ability to think creatively and critically to efficiently solve the identified problemStrong organizational skills and aptitude to learning new processes and toolsExceptional time-management skillsEmbody ServiceTitan company values, and contribute to the team culture through feedback and suggestionBe Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list.
