This position partners with Supply/Demand Planning, Sales, and Finance teams to drive Education channel health including forecast alignment, quote attainment, and peak event planning to drive execution excellence. This role requires an ambitious self-starter with a strong work ethic, proven analytical capabilities, ability to influence, and excellent communication / collaboration skills. Description Description Develop and maintain bookings and billings forecasts and drive actions for accuracy improvement Demonstrate an excellent understanding of the order life cycle & execution process Drive execution based on attainment goals by analyzing backlog data and root cause / resolve gaps with partner teams Responsible for identifying and analyzing trends, developing measurable ways to drive efficiency and process improvement Builds management systems across SSO to drive efficiency and automation including creating metrics and reporting Partner with leadership (internal and cross functional) on strategic initiatives including peak event planning, quarter end strategy, and backlog/execution management Prepare and present recommendations to management and partner teams using executive summaries of key data, metrics and execution plans then drive follow up actions Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Self-starter with outstanding analytical capabilities, demonstrated experience with data preparation and visualization Solution oriented and self-motivated; able to function effectively when working independently or in a team Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically, with high attention to detail Expert with Excel with the ability to assemble reports on on a recurring and ad-hoc basis.
