Role Summary: The Global SSC Team is looking for a Senior Analyst – BI & Automation. This role is responsible for achieving assigned F&A (BI & Automation) roles to reach organizational vision, & these roles are vital to keep our books of accounts & financials accurate globally. We rely on a meticulous financial system to drive our business forward. The BI & Automation department ensures that systems are optimized/automatized & utilized in a better way. The job also involves designing, building, and deploying reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI & Maintain master data accurate in the systems. Lead various BI & Automation projects as per requirements. Ensure to build automated reports and dashboards with the help of Power BI and other reporting tools. Understand business requirements to set functional specifications for reporting applications. Experienced in tools and systems on MS BI Stack, Power Query, Power BI, DAX, SharePoint, Alteryx & RPA (Automation Anywhere / Power Automate) Being able to quickly shape data into reporting and analytics solutions. Analyze functional reporting. Have knowledge of database fundamentals such as multidimensional database design, relational database design, and more Roles & Responsibilities: Comply on BI objectives. Lead BI Automation process. Ensure data analytics and business analysis reports are accurate. Deep knowledge of shared services operations across multiple countries Ability to work & lead effectively in an environment subject to changing priorities and short deadlines. Advanced working knowledge of data retrieving and processing. Demonstrated experience in executing presentations of technical and business level data. Able to communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse group of people in a comprehensible and reasonable manner. Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills. Work with business owners to understand business challenges & opportunities, and to drive data-driven decision into process & tool improvement together with business team. Interaction with cross functional teams to solve invoice and payment related issues. Analyze reporting metrics data with a mindset of continues improvement. Initiate special projects to support enhancement of functionality and process standardization. Qualifications: Graduate in Finance /Accounting (BCOM/MCOM/MBA Finance) and/or BCA/MCA/ Technical degree/Relevant certifications. 8+ years of experience in SAP, BI & Automation. Self-starter/Proactive, Go getter, Positive attitude, & flexible to work as per business requirements, highly motivated & Focused team player, Excellent communication skills. Structured and thorough with analytical and troubleshooting skills.
