Repetitive motion and Multi-tasking is essential part of the job.In order to get from one work station to another, employees are required standing and walking for extended period of time (about 10 hours) in the test LAB..Steady hand movement is a must as employees are required handling and loading/unloading small and delicate microelectronic parts on the test tools.
