Board Product Quality Engineer

Our team in Taiwan Product Quality Engineering Lab is looking for a Senior Board Product Quality Engineer who will lead the failure analysis for NVIDIA’s board product segment throughout the life of the products. You will greatly influence quality across the company through interactions with internal and external engineering groups. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills with a strong structured problem-solving background and proven experience in failure root cause resolution. Your hands-on failure analytical skills are essential as you will be working to drive board quality improvement initiatives and programs.What you’ll be doing：Detailed failure analysis, identifying root-cause of customer reported issues – Perform PCB-level debugging to isolate faults for physical FADefine appropriate characterization techniques to root cause complex problemsContinuously apply sophisticated analysis tools and methodology.Apply knowledge of electrical engineering and PCBA manufacturing to propose containment and corrective action for production/design/supplier.Assist in generating 8D failure analysis reports and verify/characterize corrective actions’ effectiveness.Quality representative to internal teams, supporting activities for customer quality and internal quality requirements.What we need to see：Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related fields.2+ years of experience in Failure Analysis / Test field.Hands-on experience in PCB level hardware verification/debug and signal integrity measurementProficient in PCB level troubleshooting and debugging; experience with server systems is a plusKnowledge on Linux system and Linux Shell ScriptsExceptional problem solving and Failure Analysis, strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.Good communication and documentation skills in EnglishWith competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the most desirable employers in the world.
