This highly skilled person understands how to take technical material and explain the concepts clearly, concisely, and logically. The person shall demonstrate a developed technical writing style that generates interest in the Genesys solutions. The candidate should be extremely well organized and able to work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines with the willingness to work evenings or weekends upon occasion to meet proposal schedules. This person will be accountable to the RFP team to assist in delivering accurate proposal technical writing for proposals in the LATAM region and report to the Manager, Proposal Technical Writers - Americas.What You’ll Do:In this role, the primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):· Deliver competitive, high-quality proposal technical writing to Genesys prospects and customers.· Acquire and organize technical source material for the creation of proposal technical writing.· Participate in the RFP Life Cycle which includes: qualification, kick-off, and status meetings, analysis of requirements and strategy development, product discussion, risk assessment/mitigation, and development of the Genesys value proposition specific to the requirements of prospects.· Interact with Genesys subject matter experts to complete business and technical responses.· Ensure appropriate content is captured in the RFP response database, by being a contributing owner and working with the Product Management and Product Marketing teams.· Work supportively with the proposal technical writing team to ensure appropriate coverage of all active proposals.· Continually seek to improve existing content and processes through database administration.· Maintain a high level of knowledge of Genesys solutions and products in order to produce quality and timely responses.· Follow corporate style guides to ensure a global consistent look and feel for proposal technical writing.About You:· You must possess a bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field.· Minimum 3-5 years of experience.· Language: Spanish and English (written and spoken).
