You will play a vital role in supporting our salesforce in deal structure, pricing, quotes, reviewing contracts and a key partner in managing the end-to-end Q2C process. You will use your critical thinking skills to find solutions to complex situations and create “win-win” situations. You will have the opportunity to improve processes and participate in system enhancement initiatives. Your Day to DayBe a trusted advisor for the Sales organization and your team to facilitate a seamless sales processProvide day to day leadership, providing guidance to a team of analysts on decision making and critical thinking, supporting the business in achieving long term goalsPartner with recruiting team to grow team for hiring needs, including sourcing and interviewing candidatesWork with your team to create individual goals that support their career development objectivesWork with cross functional teams to establish consistent requirements for sales opportunities during approval processProvide insight to internal stakeholders on deal complexity, terms and pricing strategyReview non-standards deals and involve necessary teams to obtain approvalPartner with Sales to ensure proper information and tracking is accurate in internal systemsWhat you bring to the teamExperience working in SaaS or tech environmentPreferred 4+ years directly managing a teamDemonstrated success at hiring, managing and developing a diverse and inclusive team with a commitment to team buildingUse your ability to “triage” in a fast-paced environmentBuild relationships and get “buy-in” from various stakeholders (e.g. Revenue Accounting, Order Management, Legal)Ability to analyze contracts and apply basic revenue recognition principalsCommunications skills that are proven to effectively communicate with team members both verbally and in writingOnly Singaporeans.Experience with Salesforce, CPQ is a plus.Why ProofpointProtecting people is at the heart of our award-winning lineup of cybersecurity solutions, and the people who work here are the key to our success.  We’re a customer-focused and a driven-to-win organization with leading-edge products.
