Clarivate is looking for a Senior Team Lead to join our US Market Access- content group in Bangalore. The full-time Team Lead position will research and write content pertaining to United States market access, specifically the analysis of national managed care organizations. The analyst will be responsible for determining the appropriate techniques to research and transform data into actionable insights for our client base.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Master’s degree in pharmacy/life sciences/pharmaceutical management with relevant experience (2 years) in US healthcare, or market research sector is required.Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and objectively in written and spoken English.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) It would be great if you also had.Advanced degree (PhD in pharmacy or life sciences) is a plus.SQL, Python and Tableau skills are a plus.A flexible and collaborative approach to work.Ability to interact and build relationships with co-workers.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.What will you be doing in this role? Searching Clarivate's proprietary in-house research repository/library for relevant dataResearch, develop and produce high-quality content for assigned insight products, and other projects as assigned, with weekly and monthly deadlines.Review, prioritize, and analyze information gathered and data to produce in-depth qualitative analysis for decision-makers within the biopharmaceutical industries.Track news and monitor industry trends to understand the roles of payers, PBMs, pharmacies, Federal and local government insurers, employers, specialty pharmacies, insurance, and formulary dynamics.Stakeholder management, mentoring and guiding the junior team members, involve in project improvements etc.Product/Project Management including delivery.Manage or supervise junior team members.Add insight and perspective to Clarivate’s syndicated data products and custom projects.Provide timely, professional responses to customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and comments.Attend onsite client visits, acting as Clarivate’s key market expert, as required.Assist sales/marketing with information to better sell & market products as required.Participate in thought leadership activities.
