Viator is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner with experience scheduling world class talent. You will have the opportunity to join our expanding global talent acquisition team located at our Lisbon office. Ultimately, you will be responsible for driving the interview scheduling process for all of Viator. This would include, first round screens, panel interviews, case study interviews, debriefs, and second panel interviews. This would also include making changes to existing interviews when needed.
Duties:
Schedule all interviews within 24 hours of the request being made
Assist with scheduling debriefs
Help with Greenhouse projects
Communication to panels for unique situations
Collaborate with the different teams on strategy and process improvement
Updating candidates on changes
Requirements
3+ years of progressive recruiting coordination experience in an internal corporate setting.
Significant experience using recruiting, candidate, and market data to drive decision-making in the hiring process
Working and building relationships with senior stakeholders
Experience working with Greenhouse is a plus
Excellent problem solving skills
