Clarasight is seeking a high performing Account Executive to join our team and take our current momentum to the next level of growth through the acquisition of new customers and building our company in the UK and Europe. We are seeking someone that is committed to helping enterprises close the gap between climate-related intent and action by scaling the client base of the world’s leading Carbon Planning platform.
About You
Are you profoundly committed to accelerating how enterprises close the gap between climate-related intent and action? Do you want to play an integral role in building a company and a sales playbook? Do you love outbound sales and operate with a level of urgency climate change requires? If so, we want to hear from you!
Must Haves
5+ years of experience in a full cycle sales role (from first outbound to contract signature) selling complex tech solutions to large enterprises with 100k+ ACVs; with a track record of sourcing and closing deals
You are a self-starter capable of operating independently with limited resources and are comfortable working in ambiguity to drive results
You are a team player who loves collaboration with a close-knit, cross functional team
You can effectively communicate the technical and business value of solutions to a diverse range of stakeholders
You are based in London, UK and want to help build an office
Nice to Haves
You have experience working in early-stage startups preferably as an early or first Account Executive
You have experience working directly with a Founder
You are skilled at navigating complex sales cycles and selling into Finance or Procurement
You have solid understanding of carbon management and are familiar with the complexities and opportunities for emissions reduction
Data is your superpower, you love learning from customers, looking at the big picture, and iterating on your process to win
Responsibilities
Own EU-focused pipeline generation, outbound, qualification, and acquisition of new customers for a wide range of verticals including Professional Services, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services and Technology
Represent Clarasight at external events and conferences across Europe
Contribute to the development of go-to-market content and strategies
Deeply understand Clarasight's product, value props, and competitors to serve as an internal and customer-facing expert in these areas
Be data driven and drive pipeline expansion and throughput
Partner with founders, Product, Engineering and Customer Solutions to create scalable processes that others can follow and to ensure client needs are met and exceeded
