Non-CA Pay Range (Annual):$70,600.00 - $131,000.00At Infinera, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. Your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for equity grants, discretionary bonuses, or commission payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company’s incentive plans, the Company’s financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.Infinera also offers paid leave, medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life, and disability insurance toeligible employees.This position will be a key player in the financial close process to ensure its accuracy, integrity, and timeliness. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including the monthly accounting close and financial statement preparation cycle, quarterly external reviews, annual audit, SOX compliance activities and ongoing business process transformation activities. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated problem solver with strong teamwork skills and a desire to drive change. You will play an integral role in the corporate accounting team while working through operational accounting areas, transactions, and projects independently as well as collaboratively with other finance and cross functional team members within a fast-growing organization. Candidate must possess a strong desire to learn, grow and develop their skills. Attention to detail and good analytical skills are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with month-end close procedures including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations for certain key balance sheet and income statement accounts.Prepare monthly flux analysis for relevant GL accounts.Prepare and compile audit related requests.Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls for financial reporting and internal policies.Assist with performing and documenting results of key finance reports.Manage internal policies and procedures for finance.Assist with various special projects and ad hoc reporting.Help with process improvements of policies, proceduresMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting or financeCertified Public Accountant (CPA) preferredBig 4 public accounting experience preferred4+ years of experience in accountingExperience with SAP, BPC, Blackline, AuditBoard preferredAbility to manage priorities while working under pressure and tight deadlinesAttention to detail, organized and strong work ethicsPositive self-starter with high level of ethics and integrityStrong analytical, verbal and written communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office, Excel (Advanced functionality)#LI-DW1#LI-Hybrid“This position requires direct or indirect access to certain confidential information, hardware, software, technology, or technical information (referred to here as “Export-Controlled Information”) controlled under the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
