The ELR team leads the process, principles, and practices to navigate complex and sensitive matters, conduct investigations, and manage workplace conflict. This team works in close partnership with the Legal and the HR Business Partners teams to manage cases involving inquiries into behavioral concerns, manager conflict, consulting, investigations and employee grievances related to lived experiences not aligned to the company’s aspired culture, and legal risks.We are looking for an ELR Supervisor with deep experience influencing and impacting high growth and dynamic businesses through effective management (both proactive and reactive) of a wide range of employee relations issues. Join us!Responsibilities:Detect and Mitigate Risks: Apply employee and labor relations expertise to successfully identify trends, gaps, and challenges; execute solution-focused strategies and programs to mitigate risksDiscipline Management: Conduct end-to-end case investigations related to policy or cultureconcerns/violations and incident or threat response with increasing complexity, visibility and risk;Concludes an investigation, using findings, relevant partnership with team, and knowledge of the relevant regulations, and Ubiquity business context and organizational policies to determine a resolution to investigation of policy or culture concerns/violations and incident or threat response, and assigns corrective/disciplinary actions as deemed appropriate.Project Management: Independently own large-scale, network-wide projects delivered on time that improve frontline partner experienceAnalyze and Interpret Data: Exercise strong analytical skills using data and anecdotes to develop persuasive narratives and recommendations; demonstrated ability to define and measure success of programsCommunicate Effectively: Rapidly produce high-quality written communications that concisely analyze problems and recommends solutions; design and deliver highly-engaging training sessionsCollaborate: Build constructive relationships with critical stakeholders to share information and influence changeProblem Solve: Work independently with minimal supervision, in ambiguous situations, and persevere over internal and external barriers to drive resolutionsWork at Scale: Launch and manage sustainable and strategic mechanisms for entire networksPeople Management: Lead the Employee and Labor Relations Team and ensure that each member of the team is developed and ready to take on next level of movements.Requirements:Experience in providing insights into HR policies, programs and processes ensuring that the processes meet compliance and quality standards globallyStrong leadership, efficient stakeholder management and effective communication skillsExcellent issue resolution skills with ability to negotiate and resolve complex matters, putting specific problems in context of larger systemStrong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data that can aid in developing the implementing analytics-based approach to preventing issues.Strong knowledge of employee relations and policy as well as country and local law and regulationsExperience in anticipating issues, problem solving and implementing solutions, including referring critical issues to the appropriate level of management, and improving efficiency, quality, cost and productivityDemonstrated strong business acumen.
