Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.Job Responsibilities :Technical Strategy: Develop and execute the company's technical strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the overall business goals and objectives.Global Scalability: Ensure the core products are stable, less error-prone, easy to expand, and maintained at the highest quality with a vision to expand services globally.Product Strategy: In partnership with the Head of Product, develop and execute the company’s consumer-facing product strategy, particularly as it relates to the centralized player platform, games connection, and payment channels.Talent Development: Lead, manage, and mentor the technical team, ensuring that they have the resources and support they need to be successful. Provide coaching and leadership to ensure each member is developing their skills and career.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party technology vendors and ensure that their services and products meet the company's needs and standards.Security: Ensure that the Platform's technology infrastructure and systems are secure and protect the company's intellectual property.Innovation: Stay up to date on the latest technology trends and innovations and identify opportunities to incorporate new technologies into the company's offerings.Budgeting: Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.Pre-Requisites :9 years of experience in mobile games publishing businessTrack record in support publishing hit games in Vietnam marketExperience managing 10+ engineers requiredFamiliarity working with Golang, Java, PHP, PythonFluent in Vietnamese and EnglishPosition based on Campus in Ho Chi Minh CityAre you game?
