As our business grows to meet the needs of gamers globally, we are looking for an experienced data engineering leader to join our team and fulfil the needs of our gamer customer base.As Lead Data Engineer in Razer Gold, you will lead the overall data strategy and play a key role in the Razer Gold Engineering team. You will be working very closely with other engineering functions, product managers and various business stakeholders to modernize, transform and lead data democratization efforts.In this role, your responsibilities include:Proactively drive the vision for data engineering across Razer Gold and execute on a plan to achieve that vision.Build a high-quality data engineering team and design the team to scale.Build cross-functional relationships with Data Scientists, Product Managers, Software Engineers, and other stakeholders internally to understand their data needs and deliver on those needs.Drive the design, building, and launching of new datasets and data pipelines.Drive data quality across multiple product verticals and related business areas.Define and manage SLAs for all datasets and processes.Development experience in at least one programming language (Python, etc.).In this role, the preferred skills and qualifications are:Communication and leadership experience, with experience initiating and driving projects.Experience scaling and managing data engineering teams.8+ years of experience in data engineering.Experience in SQL.Data architecture experience.BA/BS in Computer Science, IT, or other technical fields.Experience with building scalable data solutions.Experience with data streaming, data organization and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Superset), and/or relational database management systems.Pre-Requisites/ 任职要求 :Are you game?
