This role involves Acquisition & Account Management of Merchants, Partners, and Resellers on ecommerce and retail terminal payment services.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Merchant Acquiring Services team in Fiuu, Singapore Office. This role involves Acquisition & Account Management of Merchants, Partners, and Resellers on ecommerce and retail terminal payment services.Merchant Acquisition: Identify, acquire, new middle to large merchants to use our ecommerce and terminal payment services.Sales Targets: Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets and work.Onboarding: Work closely with Risk and Merchant Operations team to properly onboard merchants for eCommerce acquiring and coordinate retail terminal deployment for both internal and stakeholders.Account Management: Manage relationships with existing merchants, partners, and resellers to ensure their satisfaction, retention, and resolutions of payment service matters.Partnership Development: Develop strategic partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors to extend reach and drive adoption of our services.Product & Service development participation: Work closely with the product team to help shape product development based on clients’ needs and feedback.Training Management: Provide training to merchants, partners and resellers on usages of payment servicesMarket Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities and understand the latest trends in the ecommerce and payment services industry.Razer HQ: Support Razer HQ demands which are non-payments related on ad-hoc basis.Travel: Minimum twice a year travel to Shah Alam main office for team bonding with Malaysia teammates and operation and BD familiarisationPre-Requisites :Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.Preferably minimum 10 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.Strong understanding of the ecommerce industry and retail payment services.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong relationships with merchant, partners and reseller.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Strong acute sense of alignment with management directives.What FIUU Offers:Competitive salary, inclusive of sales commission, and benefits.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Report Structure:This is an individual contributor role with relatively flat organisation hierarchy.Are you game?
