The Office Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the office structure is well maintained, managing vendor relationships, and supporting various administrative functions.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOffice Operations Management:Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth office operations.Coordinate office activities and schedules to maximize efficiency.Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels.Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.Oversee office budget and expenses.Facility Management:Conduct regular inspections of the office space to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility repairs, maintenance, and improvements.Manage office security systems and protocols.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans.Space Planning and Utilization:Optimize office layout and space utilization to support employee productivity and collaboration.Coordinate office moves, relocations, and renovations.Manage seating arrangements and office allocations.Environmental Sustainability:Implement initiatives to promote environmental sustainability within the office.Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and waste reduction.Communication and Coordination:Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.Liaise with department heads and employees to address their needs and concerns.Communicate relevant information regarding office policies, procedures, and changes.Team Leadership and Development:Foster a positive and inclusive office culture.Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to administrative staff.Conduct performance evaluations and identify opportunities for professional development.Other duties as assigned.Pre-Requisites :QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  6+ years proven experience in facilities management, preferably in an office setting.Familiarity with property management entities like the Irvine Company is highly desirable.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong attention to details.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Salary Ranges (per annum):$62,400.00 - $117,234.00Disclaimer: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.Are you game?
