We need a candidate passionate about driving performance improvements through meticulous analysis of log and application data. Your role ensures our Prism Analytics, integrated with other Workday analytics applications, delivers robust data insights for confident decision-making and accurate financial reporting. Your expertise in business intelligence, along with good communication and customer handling skills, will be essential for enhancing customer success and overall experience. Join us in shaping impactful data-driven strategies at Workday. Key Areas of Responsibility:Develop technical expertise in various Workday technologies, such as the reporting and analytics framework. Solve issues in customer environments, analyze logs, investigate root causes, and collaborate with colleagues to address bugs. Provide dedicated support to key accounts for both new and legacy Workday data analytics and reporting products. Implement performance methodologies to resolve inefficiencies in reports, integrations, and custom configurations. Collaborate with clients to define technical requirements, translate business needs into efficient reports and configurations, and ensure alignment to standard processes. Track and prioritize performance improvement opportunities across Support, Operations, Product Management, and Development teams. Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.Identify process gaps and collaborate with multi-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability. Understand sophisticated analytics use cases, assist customers in issue identification, provide workarounds, and collaborate internally for swift resolution. Gain deep insights into customer use cases to deliver experienced solutions and support as required.About YouBasic Qualifications:2+ years of experience providing enterprise-level support in data analysis, system performance, or related roles2+ years experience with Financial Reporting Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop ecosystems (HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark)Intermediate to advanced ability to read and write SQL queriesAbility to communicate data in actionable formats for various audiences, including functional end-users and executive collaborators.Other Qualifications:Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data to drive product improvement initiatives.Exceptional interpersonal skills for managing and raising customer escalations.Effective teamwork skills, both verbal and written, with a track record of working across teams to resolve issues efficiently.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or MathematicsWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
