In this role, you will own all aspects of campaign management – from planning to briefing to execution and optimization. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will work cross-functionally to help develop and execute strategic marketing plans related to media & creative paid and owned channels (including email, onsite, performance marketing, incentives and more). Experience in the category isn’t required but enthusiasm to learn about the business, our customers and our communities is a must!What you will accomplish:Lead the development of marketing strategy & execution of cross-channel, go-to-market plans for the Trading Cards & Collectibles in partnership with vertical lead.Drive end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including marketing briefs, creative development, on-site execution, and reporting.Plan and complete a quarterly incentive strategy including strategy, forecasting, campaign setup, terms creation, QA, marketing asset creation and reporting.Support any onsite or content changes impacting the vertical (product updates, platform changes, etc.) by working with product, legal and vertical partners to review and implement updates to webpages, FAQs and program terms.Build connections with our enthusiast communities by planning and executing our live events in partnership with external experiential agencies and vertical leads.Work closely with PR/comms and social teams on Trading Cards & Collectibles influencer or media campaigns to ensure messaging consistency.What you will bring:Bachelor's degree with 3-5+ years of experience in go-to-market planning, execution, full funnel marketing, retail marketing or related.Self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, matrixed, dynamic work environment.Experience working from concept to completion, taking care of ambiguity and working toward clarity, while having a strong sense of accountability.Customer-centric approach, managing performance against established critical metrics while ensuring outstanding customer experiences and high-quality deliverables.Demonstrated project management experience; strong organizational skills, flawless execution, and ability to plan, prioritize and adjust plans on the fly.Relationship-focused individual who can collaborate across all levels, functions, geographies - internal and external.Please see the Talent Privacy Notice for information regarding how eBay handles your personal data collected when you use the eBay Careers website or apply for a job with eBay.eBay is an equal opportunity employer.
