Job Requisition ID #24WD79928Position Overview  As Customer Success Manager for Payapps, you will be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to your assigned customers, ensuring their desired outcomes are achieved using our technology. You will be the main driver for product adoption, expanding your relationship network within the customer to identify and build repeatable adoption plays by collecting product data, customer feedback and analysing patterns of successful customers. Using these plays, you will scale the success of your customers, aligning on outcomes and present progress during Business Reviews. Additionally, you will be a voice of the customer on product roadmap discussions and the strategic vision for the Payapps product.Reporting to the UK Head of Customer Success for Payapps, you will be a strategic partner to your assigned customers.ResponsibilitiesYou will work with the Payapps onboarding team to help new construction customers, with a focus on accelerating their time to value and helping them maximise their returnSeek areas to expand our solution adoption, and recommend best practices to increase their post-purchase utilisationYou will set customer success metrics, working with the customer to set achievable goals that can be tracked throughout their customer lifecycleYou will be comfortable exceeding target goals by maintaining a high customer retention rate, coordinating with the Business Development team to ensure renewals, and identifying expansion opportunitiesTrack account health to identify churn risk and work to eliminate that riskBe comfortable proposing and building processes to allow our organisation to growLead building processes transformation and best practices for as a dynamic and growing teamBe a Payapps promoter while identifying industry positive outcomes, required capabilities, and finding relevant forums to increase awareness of Payapps servicesHold regular check-in calls, executive business reviews, webinars, and mentoring sessions with customersPropose and build processes to allow our organisation to grow, and collaborate with numerous partners and teams, internally and externallyMinimum qualifications2 years+ Customer Success management experienceConstruction Industry experience regarded favourably but not essentialYou will be an organised person with experience implementing new processes, collaborating to create customer growth and service quality programs, and working with customers to set achievable, growth-oriented customer success metricsOutstanding problem-solving, investigative skillsExperience conducting quarterly business reviews, detailing customers' adoption of and progress with the product – expressed by the ability to both write and speak in a way that is professional but relatableHybrid or remote working with expected travel around 30%#LI-SH1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
