We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!The Opportunity We are looking for a Manager – Digital Transformation, who will play a pivotal role in guiding the organization through identifying process improvements opportunities across various functions and adopting new digital technologies and rethinking traditional business models to improve overall performance and customer experience. Acts as a catalyst for change, driving organizations transition to a more digitally enabled future. The role involves a combination of strategic vision, technical savvy, and leadership skills.What you'll Do Develop a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with organization’s goals and market trendsCreate a detailed roadmap for digital initiatives, including timelines, milestones and resource allocationAssess and recommend new digital tools, platforms, and technologies that can enhance business operationsOversee the implementation of new technologies, ensuring they are integrated smoothly with existing systemsFoster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organizationFocus on improving the customer experience through the adoption of digital tools and practicesEstablish a mechanism to gather customer feedback and use insights to drive digital initiativesWork closely with various stakeholders to integrate digital solutions across the organizationEnsure that all digital initiatives follow relevant regulations and standardsWork with IT teams to ensure that digital transformation efforts do not compromise the organizations cybersecurity postureLead and mentor a team to ensure customer success through quality in Development, Project Management, and Solution Delivery.Identify and address skill gaps, providing training and development opportunities related to digital technologiesWhat you need to succeed 10+ years of industry work experience including 8+ years of experience in leading digital transformations in an organization.Hands-on experience with digital tools, platforms, and technologiesBackground in business process reengineering or continuous improvementAbility to analyze and optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness using digital technologyExperience in designing or improving customer experiences through digital solutions.Knowledge in user experience (UX) principles and methodologiesExperience in developing and implementing strategic plans that align with organizational goalsAbility to see opportunities and translate them into actionable digital initiativesStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challengesA demeanor oriented towards innovation and continuous improvementAbility to adapt to constantly evolving digital landscapes and handle the uncertainties associated with transformation projectsConsistent track record in managing teams and leading projects.Experience in software development and IT infrastructure is advantageous.Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
