Some of the products and services that the team develops includes Adobe Premiere Pro, Video Cloud Services, Video Web Applications etc.We're seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our innovative Video/Audio AI and Generative AI team. In this position, you'll be at the forefront of developing and optimizing ML models for video applications across different platforms. Your expertise in model training, evaluation, and profiling will be critical in pushing the boundaries of AI technology and delivering high-quality, performant solutions to our users.What You'll Do:Lead the development and optimization of machine learning models for Video/Audio applicationsDesign and implement efficient model training pipelines, leveraging state-of-the-art techniquesConduct detailed model evaluations to ensure high-quality performance across various metricsApply strong data science expertise to extract insights and drive model improvementsPerform model profiling for both on-device and service for quality and performance optimizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production systemsStay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML and propose innovative solutionsMentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the AI teamWhat You Need to Succeed:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. Or equivalent practical experience3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on deep learning and neural networksProven track record in developing and deploying ML models for AI and/or Generative AI projectsDomain knowledge in video or audio processing, including familiarity with relevant algorithms, formats, and codecsStrong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorchExtensive experience with model training, hyperparameter tuning, and performance optimizationSolid understanding of computer vision algorithms and techniquesProficiency in data analysis, feature engineering, and statistical modelingExperience with on-device model optimization and deploymentExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentStrong communication skills to effectively present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAdobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
