Senior Manager, Inside SalesDescription -Job SummaryThis role is responsible for leading a team of inside sales representatives offering guidance and support for individual and team development, while also establishing strong client relationships for sustained revenue growth. The service offerings primarily focus on PC Lifecycle and Factory Services. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the services sector, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to business development. The role allocates resources effectively and optimizes sales processes by leveraging technology while focusing on customer retention and growth.
