Services Business Data AnalystDescription -Job Summary• This role is responsible for spearheading the enhancement and maintenance of master data, Transactional data, data & analytics solutions, leveraging industry-specific expertise and advanced methodologies. The role guides innovative solutions and influencesstakeholder strategies with a strong grasp of information technology. The role leads the creation of solution designs, fosters relationships for scope management, and presents findings to senior management. Role involves design, develop, and maintain master data/transactional data management (MDM) systems, data quality frameworks, and data analytics platforms. You will also collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of data across the organization.Responsibilities• Proposes and facilitates the advancement, improvement, and upkeep of a Master data, Trasnactional data, Data analytics, ML and AI, systems, processes, and products using industry-specific expertise, advanced methodologies, processes, and tools.• Assists in developing innovative business solutions and influences the strategic trajectory of stakeholders by capitalizing on a comprehensive understanding of information technology.Leads one or more project teams of other data engineers for all stages of design and development for complex, secure and performant data solutions and models, including design, analysis, coding, testing, and integration of structured/unstructured data.• Coordinates the requirements management and the change management processes.• Directs development of visualization, user experience and configuration elements of solution design.• Cultivates and maintains both internal and external relationships to oversee scope, schedule, budgets, and expectations.• Leads business studies, presenting their results to the senior management.• Coordinates and participates in proposals, feasibility studies, implementations, and new business development.• Evaluates the business consequences of integrating technology into the present and future business landscape, identifying emerging business prospects.• Promotes process improvement activities as well as training of peers and clients.• Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.Provides domain-specific expertise and overall data systems leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activitiesReviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with architecture, security and quality guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality and mitigate failure riskAssists in the coaching and training of business analytics solution users to enhance business decision-making capabilityExperience deploying and monitoring machine learning models in production environments.Education & Experience Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 10-15 years of work experience, preferably in analytics, data science, or a related field.Preferred Certifications• International Institute Of Business Analysis (IIBA) Certified• Certified Business Analysis ProfessionalCertified Production and Inventory Management CPIMKnowledge & Skills• Agile Methodology• Automation• Business Analysis• Business Process• Business Requirements• Business Systems Analysis• Computer Science• Data Analysis• Finance• Marketing• Process Improvement• Project Management• Salesforce• SAP Applications• Scrum (Software Development)• SQL (Programming Language)• Systems Analysis• Systems Development Life Cycle• User Story• Workflow ManagementMachine Learning Knowledge:Understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).Experience deploying and monitoring machine learning models in production environments.Analytical Skills:Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.Excellent understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.Cross-Org Skills• Effective Communication• Results Orientation• Learning Agility• Digital Fluency• Customer CentricityImpact & Scope• Impacts function and leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.Complexity• Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.Disclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
