Marketing Analytics & Operations ProfessionalDescription -Job Summary• This role is responsible for conducting data-driven analysis using various market research and customer data sources. The role executes marketing excellence and performance management projects to optimize marketing ROI, identifies data requirements for future analytic studies, and prepares dashboards for reporting marketing campaign results. Additionally, the role monitors campaign budgets and facilitates communication with marketing groups, maintaining marketing databases.Responsibilities• Conducts data-driven analysis based on syndicated, primary, and secondary market research and customer data.• Executes marketing excellence and performance management projects to provide operational processes, marketing policies, measurement, analytical model, and actionable plan to maximize the return on marketing investment.• Identifies data requirements to be able to conduct future analytic studies in a timely and efficient manner.• Provides analysis and interpretations of campaign data and market insights to identify key drivers for marketing ROI optimization.• Prepares dashboards to provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of marketing campaign results.• Monitors campaign budgets and provides support in budget allocation by reconciling market program spend to the planned budget.• Facilitates communication with various marketing groups to manage marketing budget or program.• Maintains marketing databases, accrual tools and other essential records, and communicates marketing requirements for systems to IT.• Develops conclusions, recommendations, and written reports, contributing proactively through research and data analysis support, and sharing knowledge to foster a knowledge management culture.• Works independently on moderate scope problems, applying professional expertise, exercising judgment, and resolving various issues by following company policies and procedures.Education & Experience Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in marketing, data analytics, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.Preferred Certifications• Analytics CertificationKnowledge & SkillsNACross-Org Skills• Effective Communication• Results Orientation• Learning Agility• Digital Fluency• Customer CentricityImpact & Scope• Impacts immediate team and acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input.Complexity• Responds to routine issues within established guidelines.Disclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
