OPS Global Launch Program ManagerDescription -What a OPS Global Launch Program Manager does at HP:Manage and lead cross-functional teams to deliver launch plans that meet business objectives and NPI planning criteria.Drive the creation and execution of launch management plans, with WW Marketing, Category, and Product teams, to ensure high-quality program launches.Architect and establish critical cross-functional management systems and processes to deliver consistent progress on NPI Launch, while working on multiple projects, simultaneously.Develops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, and other support requirements, while ensuring timely risk identification and mitigation.Manages launch components to ensure procedural compliance to the PLC phase exit criteria.Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules.Drives best practices through documentation control policies and procedures.Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.Education & Experience Recommended:Degree in Product Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in GTM strategies, project planning tools and software packages, people management, or a related field.Knowledge & Skills:Agile MethodologyChange ManagementContinuous Improvement ProcessMilestones (Project Management)New Product DevelopmentProcess ImprovementProduct ManagementProject EngineeringProject ManagementProject PlanningProject SchedulesRisk ManagementSustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
