E-Commerce Operation AssociateDescription -Job Summary• This role is responsible for implementing web marketing projects and maintaining accurate product information and pricing on the web. The role implements SEO and paid ad campaigns, tracks and reports key metrics, and manages assignments to agencies. Additionally, the role ensures compliance with web standards and regulatory laws, contributes to research and data analysis, and independently resolves moderate scope problems following company policies and procedures.Responsibilities• Implements web or interactive marketing technologies and projects to reach online customers or internal audiences.• Maintains product information, configurations, and pricing on the web, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer- friendly presentation.• Implements and measures editorial plan for online properties, landing pages or websites.• Implements keyword research, on-page SEO optimization, and paid ads campaigns.• Tracks, measures and reports business group or country measurements of success factors such as web traffic, revenue and leads generated.• Manages assignments to agencies or contractors as needed and manages projects budgets as assigned.• Contributes to web and interactive content creation efforts and manages online properties like social media accounts, portal etc.• Ensures compliance with all web standards, processes and tools, and regulatory laws.• Develops conclusions, recommendations, and written reports, contributing proactively through research and data analysis support, and sharing knowledge to foster a knowledge management culture.• Works independently on moderate scope problems, applying professional expertise, exercising judgment, and resolving various issues by following company policies and procedures.Education & Experience Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in Interactive marketing, online customer service, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.Preferred CertificationsNAKnowledge & Skills• Agile Methodology• Analytics• Business To Business• Customer Relationship Management• Data Analysis• Digital Marketing• E-Commerce• Email Marketing• Google Analytics• HyperText Markup Language (HTML)• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)• Marketing• Marketing Automation• Marketing Strategies• Project Management• Salesforce• Search Engine Marketing• Search Engine Optimization• Social Media• User Experience (UX)Cross-Org Skills• Effective Communication• Results Orientation• Learning Agility• Digital Fluency• Customer CentricityImpact & Scope• Impacts immediate team and acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input.Complexity• Responds to routine issues within established guidelines.Disclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
