This role requires analyzing customer insights, competitive landscape, and market data to understand and anticipate market dynamics. Additionally, the Product Manager will develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap that addresses market needs and drives business growth.About YouBasic Qualifications3+ years of product management experience.2+ years of product owner experience or working closely with product manager to translate customer and market needs into product deliverables and release support through the entire product life cycle.Other QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. (MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred.Familiarity with software development processes.Understanding of UI/UX design principles.Strong leadership and team-building skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Innovative and creative thinking.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
