Bring your brightest version of you and have a brighter work day here.About the TeamThe Business Technology Go-To-Market QA team is seeking a dedicated highly motivated Tricentis Tools Administration and Support Engineer to administer Tricentis tools (SaaS as well as on-prem deployments) in AWS cloud with Workday’s security requirements. This role will help on-board various teams in Workday’s Business Technology group and provide on-going technical support to the QA Automation Teams who are on their test automation journey. This role will define and finetune the on-boarding process, on-going tools support process and act as catalyst on the automation journey. This role will work hand-in-hand with Security, Infra, Network, QA Automation teams.About the RolePerform infrastructure setup in AWS cloud (Windows servers on EC2, RDS, S3 buckets, Secrets management service,  etc..), upgrades, and migrations, licenses for Tricentis tools Tosca, qTest and Neoload.Onboard various internal organizations onto the Tricentis tools, so as they can leverage these tools for their test automation needs.Define upgrade and maintenance approaches and perform necessary upgrades and migrations.Debug, diagnose and resolve the tools issues reported by the QA teams, by working closely with Tricentis support, internal Security, Infra and Network teams.Manage users, projects, and test portfolios using Tosca Server and Tosca Commander.Conduct regular reviews and maintenance of the test portfolio to ensure adherence to best practices.Integrate Tricentis Tosca with qTest and third-party tools.Collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams and stakeholders.If you are ready to take on this exciting challenge and grow professionally in a dynamic and collaborative environment we want to hear from you.About YouBasic Qualifications : 10+  years of experience as Application Administrator and Support engineer, and  3+ years on Tricentis tools (Tosca, qTest and Neoload).5+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows servers Administration on AWS-EC2  (Windows administration, Event viewer, proficient with Windows services, Networking, file systems, RDP and troubleshooting issues).Certification as Test automation architect for Tricentis Tosca.5+ years of experience with AWS cloud5+ years of scripting experience with : Python/C#/JavaProficiency with administering SaaS services and on-prem deployments.Customer centricity and resolving issues complying with pre-defined SLAs.Experience with REST Web Services, PostmanOther Qualifications : 2+ years of DevSecOps experience, integrating automated tests into CI/CD Pipelines.Experience with Salesforce.Experience with OAuth, Single-Sign-On, JSON and XML.Experience with Git for version control.Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, SQLServer).Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
