We define and implement our strategy with leaders across the business; lead strategic partner relationships; and deliver sizable, net-new revenue growth with partners. We are looking to hire a Partner Strategy leader for GPO. Working closely with the GVP of Channels and Partner Management, the Global Head of Partner Strategy and BD, and the People & Purpose Business Partner for GPO, this leader will define and own both the 3-year strategy and annual operating plan for Channels at Workday. We are looking for a seasoned leader with experience in strategy and partners in Software as a Service (SaaS) or Cloud Hyperscaler companies. The ideal candidate will be a leader with a point of view, have sharp business acumen, and the thoughtful resilience to inspire change in complex and fast moving technology companies. They will have the ability to deliver consistent and exceptional business results over the long term. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
