As our Strategic Partnerships Associate , you’ll help us continue to build our product whilst building and maintaining our external partnerships. Reporting to our AVP of Strategic Partnerships, you’ll be joining a team who have helped build companies like Chime, Twitter, Instacart, E*Trade, McKinsey, Etsy, eBay and more. We’re a team of A-players who are all in on solving big, important problems. Feeling it? REQUIREMENTS As a Strategic Partnerships Associate, you’ll fully own the relationship between North One and our sponsor bank - from managing the execution of ongoing work to exploring new product features. As the point of contact for ongoing initiatives, you’ll bridge our internal teams with our core strategic partners to handle inquiries, resolve conflicts, and provide solutions in a timely manner. The skills required for this role -  You have 1-3 years of professional work experience managing external partners or parties; preferably in the Alliances or Strategic Partnerships spaces in fintech, tech or financial services You have excellent project management skills You excel at keeping track of multiple ongoing initiatives, each with many moving parts, and coordinate across teams to drive things to completion You’re curious and enjoy working in an ambiguous and cross-functional environment  You’re a natural analytical thinker that takes numbers and analyses to influence decisions You have experience collaborating with senior executives or stakeholders You are ambitious, goal oriented and have a service mindset  Bonus points -  You’ve worked in a fast-growth startup You have experience working within the US banking system or within a sponsor bank model You’ve worked with a BaaS partner or payment processor partner You come from a family of small business owners You have a non-traditional or diverse background (personal or professional).
