Description Description We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Emerging Technology Manager for Enterprise Channel Partners to join our US channel sales organization. In this role, you will modernize and scale our channel enablement initiatives, demonstrating AI strategies and digital-first engagement to enhance partner productivity and drive a unified Apple brand experience. This role works closely with Apple sales, Worldwide training and functional leadership, as well as reseller partners to build, launch and evolve tools and a digital-first engagement strategy that shapes the partner experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Modernize and Scale Enablement
Provide input on the development and implementation of AI strategies to enhance seller tools, ensuring alignment with the US market needs.
Influence the creation of scalable solutions that streamline partner enablement processes through active feedback and collaboration with the Worldwide team and implement an AI strategy to enhance seller tools.

Digital-First Engagement Strategy
Advocate for a digital-first engagement strategy focused on automation and ease of use, reflecting insights from US market experience.
Collaborate with the US and WW team to drive the adoption of scalable solutions across the channel, enhancing seller interactions and productivity.
System and Tool Utilization
Provide feedback to the Worldwide team in implementing and driving the utilization of systems and tools aimed at boosting seller capabilities and productivity include partner-facing dashboard to track and display AI solution usage.
Lead the feedback from US partners into the global tool development process, aiming to optimize performance across RTMs.
Advise on integrating the tools into Apple and partner CRM systems.
Support the implementation and drive the utilization of systems and tools to boost partner productivity.
Ensure partners are equipped with the latest tools and technologies to optimize their performance.
Continuous Improvement
Establish feedback loops to gather and integrate account teams' and partners' feedback into both Worldwide and regional strategies.
Conduct internal and pilot testing with sales teams and partners to refine prototypes.
Performance Measurement
Lead and maintain reporting dashboards to measure partner engagement and productivity critical metrics.
Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance partner relationships.
Partner Learning and Engagement
Evaluate and integrate additional tools to enhance partner learning and engagement at scale pending budget availability.
Work with the Worldwide training, US enablement, account teams and partners to integrate AI capabilities into partner programs and the sales flow.
Provide ongoing support to the sales team by addressing queries and conducting training sessions.
Unified Brand Experience
Drive a cohesive Apple channel brand message by providing insights and feedback from the US market to the WW team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand messaging and ensure a consistent partner experience across all engagement points.
Communicate effectively with collaborators to gather feedback, report on progress, and adjust strategies as needed. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Approximately 10+ years sales leadership experience setting vision and purpose for an organization, leading leaders, directing senior individual contributors, and influencing within a cross-functional environment. Approximately 5+ years of experience as a leader in an enterprise channel sales organization, preferably with 3rd party and OEM accessories with responsibilities for channel incentives, partner authorizations, and/or sales execution programs. Record of optimally partnering with cross-functional teams such as sales, legal, product, marketing and finance. Adept at executive partner influence - excellent communication, both oral and written, and presentation skills. Ability to think strategically and also implement detailed under tight timelines. Ability to simplify the complex and achieve transparency when ambiguity exists. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,200 and $255,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
