The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong enterprise business analytics background and a solid understanding of SaaS metrics and KPI enablement skills. The successful candidate should also be highly organized, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.What You’ll Do:Experience working with business and senior leadership teams to define critical KPIs and metrics to support cross-functional teams, manage performance, create operational rigor and proactively seek ways to improve the business. Develop and execute analytics roadmap aligned to strategy, including ongoing and new projects as requested and prioritized by leadership.Demonstrated proficiency in explaining complex analysis to stakeholders at all levels of the organization and translating conclusions into straightforward and actionable business terms. A strong communicator – a high degree of comfort drawing well-supported insights from complicated data sets to influence and convey a point-of-view to senior-level members of CrowdStrike. You will directly lead a team of analysts to leverage complex data assets to identify and drive new growth opportunities, all while partnering closely with our Business Data, Analytics, Product Management, Engineering colleagues, and others supporting these business area. Proven experience effectively leveraging business partner resources to increase BI adoption and impact. Ability to build relationships at an executive level.What You'll Need:15+ years of experience with a proven track record of leveraging corporate data to deliver executive analytics.Demonstrated data visualization and database querying (Snowflake) expertise. Tableau experience is preferred, but similar systems with transferable skill sets (Looker, QlikView, PowerBI, etc) are acceptable. Working knowledge of data management and architecture to assist business analysts in optimizing our data assets to support business operations.
