The successful candidate will be responsible for educating employees on security best practices, fostering a security-conscious culture, and ensuring compliance with our security policies and procedures.If you are a proven training manager who is looking to set the standard for security knowledge that drives vigilance, then we want you. Your programs will ensure that CrowdStrike meets compliance regulations as well as both industry standards and internal, company standards. Management of content is focused particularly on new hire training and annual recurring training.What You'll Do:Manage and evolve a comprehensive new hire and annual recurring security education program, using best suited training methods and formats for our employees, contractors, executives and technical operating personnel.Develop training materials to include handbooks, awareness content, computer based tutorials, and videos.Track and report of training delivery, partnering with managers, executive assistants, and senior leaders.Coordinate with security teams across the organization to ensure that security education and awareness needs are satisfied for all security stakeholders. Work to consolidate course development and delivery.Consult and partner with communications teams and business units.Research and study advancements in educational technologies and methods.Ensure all training content is aligned with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and best practices, and continuously improve training programs to address new challenges.What You''ll Need:Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field3 or more years of relevant work experience.Experience developing and implementing Technical Education and Awareness programs and strategies. Experience in one or more of the following fields: IT, Cybersecurity, Corporate Communications, and Security Awareness ProgramsAbility to develop creative and innovative solutions to complex security and risk related issues.Strong program management experience and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to navigate diverse global perspectives and promote an inclusive and collaborative environment. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $80,000 - $135,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
