Be able to explain and communicate complex optical technology to customers.Implement and deploy optical test methods, testing apparatus and machines and verify their appropriatenessDemonstrable experience of effective problem solving and analysis of complex optical systemsTests and results should ensure compliance to contractual test requirements and must support development processes, plans and proceduresEnsure the accuracy and consistency of data results through thorough documentation processesOperate a variety of computer automated and manual test equipment including fibre optic measurement and characterization devicesOversee several test project simultaneously and provide scheduling support to project leadsSourcing, obtaining quotations, and selecting required lab supplies and materials to conduct testsValidate test methods.
