Responsibilities:Leads high-impact and complex projects, setting the technical direction for these projects Collaborates with executive stakeholders and third-party partners to align business objectives with data science initiatives.Develops efficient, scalable, and production-ready code. Strong experience in advanced data manipulation, cleaning, and transformation techniques at scale.Develops, deploys, and monitors complex machine learning models with the ability to lead and guide teams in implementing programming best practices and adopting emerging technologies.A thought leader within the organization – uses combination of skills, knowledge, and effective communication to influence and shape the organization's data-driven decision-making processesStays current with knowledge of the latest trends, technologies and developments in analytics and machine learning to begin to help develop and implement data science strategies, optimize efficiency and identify new value streams, and contribute to industry conferences and publications Identify and prepare data sourcesAnalyze large amounts of data to discover trends and patternsResearch, create, and apply machine learning/statistical solutionsWork with colleagues to deploy and monitor solutions to complex machine learning or data-driven products Present findings to stakeholdersContinually deepen your knowledge of the technologies and developments in analytics and machine learningInfluence project direction, data-driven strategies, and the implementation of data science solutionsMentor and guide junior data scientists within the organization.
