Job Summary:INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION – Client Operations InternLocation: (Multiple Locations Available)Division: Ticketmaster USLine Manager: Regional Area ManagerContract Terms: Fall Semester, 20- 25 hours per week (Part-Time), Requires some evenings & weekends.THE TEAMThe Field Operations team builds and maintains relationships with various clients to understand the essentials of their business practice, ensure their business objectives are met and clients are able to utilize the various Ticketmaster products/platforms.THE JOB Ticketmaster’s Field Support Operations team is in search of a highly motivated, organized and most importantly, enthusiastic student who is interested in interning within the heart of the live entertainment industry and being exposed to clients as varied as concerts, professional sports teams, university athletics, and performing arts.As a Ticketmaster Client Operations intern, you can expect to develop operational and project management skills, and at the same time, gain invaluable real-world experience in the live entertainment industry. This internship is on the client support team within Ticketmaster, and will be focused primarily on the day to day operational support aspects of our wide client base.
