We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive messaging and support marketing activities and sales enablement for our Learning product and related Talent solutions. Areas of responsibility will include:Product knowledge - develop and maintain in depth Workday product and competitive knowledge.Content development - capture and articulate compelling stories as you develop marketing and sales collateral, such as whitepapers, datasheets, executive presentations, etc.Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products.Marketing enablement - support compelling demand gen campaigns that speak to key personas.Market and competitive intelligence – be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the specialist on your competition and how to beat them.About YouBasic Qualifications:5+ years of product/solutions/services/enablement marketing experience.Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)Excellent verbal and written expression.
