The person in this role will manage projects of their own and will also monitor the team’s project delivery.  WSP Engagement Managers drive the execution of projects, ensuring success, efficiency, and quality via project management practices (e.g., create project staffing plan, coordinate system access, conducting meetings, etc.) and by managing the customer relationship for the duration and under the terms of the projects. Within these projects, Engagement Managers serve as an advocate for Workday, our employees and our customers in equal measure, ensuring projects are completed under budget and on time per the definition of each service.El Gerente de Gestión de Compromiso (EM), que respalda al grupo de Consultoría Asesora, liderará un equipo de EM en la gestión de proyectos de Planes de Éxito de Workday, coordinando la entrega de servicios empaquetados a clientes de todos los tamaños e industrias en todo el mundo.
