In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to craft communication strategies for our enterprise strategic stories, transformation programs, M&A activities, and ongoing executive requirements.To excel in this position, you should possess a proven track record of developing, leading and executing strategic communication plans for senior executives in dynamic environments. Your success in managing communications for large, global organizations and your ability to collaborate effectively with executives, marketing, HR, and business transformation teams will be crucial.In this role, you will design and implement a holistic communications strategy for executives, creating the processes and framework necessary for integrated communications planning between Executive Communications and the other practice areas in Corp Comms. Your expertise will support the successful execution of critical business initiatives through the powerful voice of our executive team.ResponsibilitiesVision & StrategyDevelop a communication strategy that incorporates key executive’s platforms aligning them with our corporate narratives and ensuring an outside-in and strategic lensElevate our Executives’ profiles, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders (media, influencers, policymakers, customers), and strengthening Equinix brand identityDesign a programmatic approach to integrate executive voices into the Corporate Communications and business objectives to proactively target internal and external opportunities.
