This team has successfully launched watches, handbags, trading cards, and sneakers authentication in North America, Europe, and Australia in under two years! We are a group of diverse teammates who together drive a complete business and are seeking an experienced trainer for the handbags authentication team!What you will accomplish: -Run assessments for potential authenticators during interview process and present to management for hiring as needed - Work with Category lead and LMS Manager to develop assessments corresponding to the tier training system - Work with category lead and LMS manager to craft and develop comprehensive training programs and materials including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, job aids, and other resources within the category. - Maintain authentication guides through ongoing research, sample sourcing, and bags that come through facility for increased insight - Manage individually assigned projects efficiently and optimally within the constraints of time and budget. -Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in person and virtually, to trainers across the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Australia, and Japan sites What you will bring: - Expert authentication skills within category: able to authenticate any level of complexity.Proactively researches trends and new product lines/drops - Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a teacher/trainer, authenticator or a similar position - Knowledge management experience.
