This position serves as a supportive partner to our cross-functional teams across the Global Markets. The primary focus is on facilitating efficient business operations, including managing purchase orders, budget support, process optimization, and general administrative tasks. This role reports directly to the Director, Head of Global Marketing Planning & Operations.Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Planning & Ops Team: Lead a global team that is focused on planning for Global Marketing as it relates to annual enterprise planning as well as quarterly activity. Additionally, this person will provide global budget management for operational and marketing spend.2. Budget Management: Own global marketing budget management, and be the key partner to finance, procurement and legal. This includes tracking PO’s across Global Markets and collaborating with finance teams to ensure accurate budget reports. This leader will route contracts as well as create, open, and manage purchase orders across all regions to ensure smooth procurement processes across global eBay business for Global Marketing. 3. Production leadership: Serve as the Global Marketing lead for production. Review production bids, timelines, director treatments and attend shoots. This person would also set standard processes and ways of working for production.4. Vendor Relationships: Onboard and partner with all Global Marketing suppliers. Provide feedback and serve as an escalation point.5. Team Management: Oversight of AWFs and key partner to AWF Advisors team. Tracking and approval of operational expenses.6. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for more efficient ways of working within the Global Marketing organization and actively contribute to process improvement initiatives.7. Cross-Functional Support: Run the team that will collaborate with marketing teams across US/UK/DE to provide operational support, including general project coordination, logistics and Business Planning support for Global Marketing.8. Communication: Maintain effective communication with global marketing teams to ensure alignment and provide operational assistance as needed.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.$144,000 - $216,150Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
