In this role, you will be responsible for improving shop ability by optimizing our site and ensuring our inventory and content is presented with an elevated, relevant look and feel.  You will be using analytics to promote the discoverability and selection of products to ensure we meet our customers’ needs and interests. The successful candidate will be motivated by an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment!Key Responsibilities:Curation of onsite inventory, including seasonal promotions, marketing campaigns, and culturally relevant moments to drive buyer engagementHelp define and implement short term site merchandising strategyIdentification of campaign strategies and plans, managing and executing campaigns supporting priority verticalsContinue improving the buyer experience and evolving key pages by identifying learning opportunities, formulating hypotheses, laying out test priorities & schedule and identifying actionable insights from the testsWork cross functionally with key partners (Marketing, Category Management, etc.) to execute key projects end to end and in a timely mannerReview opportunities and suggest ways to improve conversion rate and drive revenue growth in key product categories and top traffic pagesForesee upcoming challenges and proactively address issuesDrive future site enhancements and innovationsUnderstanding e-commerce industry insights and study of category-specific competitors to inform standard processesCreate merchandising calendar for deals with weekly themesCreate merchandising guide for internal team members and sellersWork collaboratively with key partners in Biz Ops, Vertical teams to arrive at daily/ weekly/ quarterly category level allocations for deals & SFCCreate the daily allocation sheet & tracker for primary and category module submissionsCreate and manage weekly category module calendar planMonitor the submission status for all shopping moments/ retail moments (Daily QA of upcoming items)Own daily curation of primaries & category modules including item badging, launch & optimization, sending out daily issue emails to partner teamsBuild out wireframes for key retail moments, get sign off from all partnersPartner with marketing regarding any onsite creative assets for deals - Create/ Source assets for deals homepage like middle banner/ events etc.Traffic Deals Asset BannersBuild Deals and Coupon eventsQualifications2-5 years of experience in site merchandising/marketing carrying out highly visible online customer experiencesExperience with customer content strategies, SEO, management systems and online publishingProven experience using analytical tools to measure performance, A/B test, determine improvements and make adjustmentsUnderstands and identifies sophisticated data sets to be analyzed that informs and drives promotional strategies and tradeoffs.Experience working optimally with cross-functional teams and projects to drive outcomes towards objectivesExperience communicating and presenting to various roles within an organizationInterest in being organized with flexibility to deliver results in a fast-paced environmentThe pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.$73,600 - $114,400Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
